Getting FAT . . .


WHAT IS GOING ON ???

U are getting fat . . . .are sure u want to be like the last ONE?

NO ?? . .Yup,of coz i dun want it (no stamina le) . .
Then,u have go for exercise lo .  .
Sorry to my big tummy,
I have to kick u out from my body .  . & BE HEALTHY. . .:)

MY SCHEDULE :
~ B4 - Eat MORE chocolate                NOW - 1/4 ONLY
~ B4 - NO exercise                             NOW - Fully exercise, JOgging
~ B4 - SLIP after take some food      NOW - Stay Stand or Sit down
~ B4 - 3/4 meals a day                      NOW - 2/4 meals a day
~ B4 - MORE junk food                      NOW - MORE Fruits & VEgetable
~ B4 - LOSt confident                        NOW - FULL OF CONFIDENT TO BE SUCESS !!
Ooooo . . . Say "NO'' To "FAT" .  . .:)
